I'll go ahead and explain it like you're five. The media and democrats screamed about him being a dictator for 4 years, despite zero evidence. So, what I'm saying is that he could have finally proved them right by becoming a dictator and disallowing any state/local governments to mandate masks, disallowing any shutdowns of any kind, etc.

Honestly, it's not hard to understand what I meant.

Your English teacher would have graded you very poorly for your writing. It lacks any sentence structure whatsoever and is indecipherable. If you ever had an English teacher, that person would have circled all the incomplete sentences.
