It is better to say I have already had COVID and I am an antibody donor. Can't catch it or spread it.
Or: I have and ADA condition that prohibits a mask. Asking about my condition is a violation of ADA/HIPA.

It's discrimination.

I might have any other transferable disease at any time in the past or future, and they aren't worried about that, so their paranoia is unreasonable.
