The person behind the psyop, at large, is George Tenet. The largest Q faction was Defense Intelligence Agency contractors out of CACI subcontractor QinetiQ.
The DIA shills evaporated,, leaving behind the the monetizing factions, of which one was completely wiped out with the end of Voat.
The last monetizing faction is here, but they need a new home because Poal is not as easy to monetize from groups like upvotes.club.
