I'd not thought of that aspect of his actions. Thanks for bringing it. I wouldn't seen your point much more readily if you had mentioned it more explicitly in your first comment. I'd not remembered what Operation Warp Speed was, and read over it. Still, it was not unreasonable to push for a vaccine assuming their was a serious disease, and he is probably unread on the dangers of vaccines in general. He would've had no idea of the absurdity of the an mRNA vaccine. Still, I don't dispute he should have assessed things differently.
