The "GhostEzra" account is just a shitposter. He has already posted a number of things that proved to be nothingburgers, there is no inside info there.
You can see the difference when you view their past posts. EWillHelpYou is more or less deflated and stopped posting much after Jan 20, offered his resignation when Assange wasn't pardoned.
