I may use 5-15 minutes a month on my phone, and I do not text either, most of the time it is in a faraday bag.

I have an old fliptop.... the kids make fun of it as being an old relic. I hardly use it. Hardly ever take it with me and I can take the battery out. I seldom text because I have to relearn how to do it each time. My Faraday cage is when I leave it at home. It is Far-away simply for the reason I don't want to be disturbed.
