Is it true that Gavin wanted to disqualify 90,000 of them as not being legal CA voters?

I haven't heard that. I have heard they are trying to disqualify signatures.

Just out of curiosity is Eleni Kounalakis on that recall as well? Otherwise they just get Newsom in a skirt for their effort

No, a California recall petition establishes a special election where a majority of voters decide the final outcome of whether he is actually removed from office, as well as who the successor to the office should be if the incumbent is removed. Kounalakis would need to mount a campaign.

No the recall means he is OUT and there is a new Election for the Governor of CA.
