Within the next 21 days .. doesn't mean exactly at the end of it.

BIG BIG BIG HAPPENINGS are going to take place. .. Doesn't mean what you are hinting at. In fact it doesn't specify exactly what those happenings are.

Some Q drops are Deltas , so we will sit back and see how this pans out... no expectations... Remember not all drops are Deltas.
