You see , for example Sinclair broadcasting INC> would select a highlight reel , and it would run on their 4,000 affiliates nation wide. And that would be ' in addition to' if they got the 3 AM order. Then the other affiliates like Sinclair would run it on the other channels at the same time , hence creating our news cycle. You know like sinclair is channel 4 and the others would be channel 2,7 , 11 etc and then factor in CNN, MSDNC,FUX, BBC etc.
