While the CIA was not allowed to operate domestically, they did it anyway by infiltrating the institutions under the guise of "counter intelligence". They founded many joint operations, with their official personnel was "just consulting".

Regarding CIA lawmakers: The letter demanding the football from Biden is signed by Jimmy Panetta. Panetta's Father is CIA, and CIA is family business, like in mobster families. Panetta's gig as an intelligence officer in Afghanistan was most likely a CIA operation - the CIA needs to control the military in Afghanistan to make sure they don't disturb the heroin trade, but help with the transport into the US instead. After they have earned trillions with the drugs business, invested in Google, Apple, Microsoft and all the other global money laundering operations, the nuclear bombs are the last missing piece to absolute world dominance.

Great post patriot. The Clowns in America need to go. In fact I can't see a reason for 17 intelligence agencies if none of them can find a single crime by the Clintons or a single voter fraud incident this past election. Spot on with the heroin trade in Afghanistan. Now I am sure they are involved with human smuggling.
