So I will share one myself.
You can make pizza with beer when you substitute for yeast. Yep. Let me help you out here BIGLY.
2 cups King Arthur bread flour
1/2 cup of water micro for 1 minute
shot of beer of choice
teaspoon of sugar
optional pinch of salt or teaspoon of olive oil
mix er up.
ball it up in a covered bowl to rise for about two hours
stretch on a pizza stone (IMPORTANT, cheap $10, oil it up!)
minimum fuss to keep air in the mojo
sauce, a skim coat
cheese, whole milk on a grater ( colder grates easier )
Put on your BBQ !
HEAT ON MAX
8-10 MINUTES DONE !

you can use a pan or tray, but turn the heat way down and cook longer because of direct flame. I you have a thermometer on the grille, do 350 degrees. Your grille will max out at say 450-500 where as a pizza oven does up to 700 !
you can be the hero of every Gille out or party with this one.
Me, I eat like two or three pies a week in every imaginable format !
