You can take evidence to a judge but you can't make them look at it. Sorta like a horse and water. Judge denials to look and just throw out cases gives excuse for those suffering from a lack of logic, knowledge, reason, cognitive dissonance, otherwise known as the left to laugh at us. I believe our only hope is to get laws changed at state level with criminal penalties in them for State officials and judges for failing to implement them to the letter.

This business of a court not looking at a grievance is BS. There has to be an immediate place to go to appeal this.
