it also bypasses the vote of the people. When State Legislature passes a bill Gov signs it No vote..

And yes they have attached the Emergency Clause to TAX Bills.

Righteousness = Being Justified. It is an attribute of God. We are to look for reasons to show mercy to others. Many Europeans walk this path.

Truth is usually held to be the opposite of falsehood. Truth is also Light . we are a Lamp and most of all, Truth is what sets us free. Again many Europeans walk in the Light Walk in Truth.
