Genesis 3:15 is quite clear about it, that is where SUPERFECUNDATION has taken place and it is why the Lord God is outraged and chastises both Eve and Sataniel because of what they did, and thus says that he would cause emnity (hate) between the SEED or offspring of Satan and the seed or offspring of the WOMAN. The transgression in the Garden had nothing to do with an apple! The Chaldee text is very clear about that. The seed of the woman which are the true descendants of Seth are again mentioned in Revelation. The seed of the Woman are those WHO KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS and have the TESTIMONY OF JESUS CHRIST.
