Thick plumes of black smoke around WH/Capitol started about 4:00am ET on 2/23. I couldn't sleep and turned on the computer to see this crazy shit happening LIVE in DC! What could be happening? THE happening?!? =-D Praaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!

There was some unusual steam or smoke coming from the left of the WH early morning. Also from the top of the WH, but smaller. Emergency power test?
