I have come to believe in listening to Dave (X22) frequently that he seems to have an assignment as part of the Team, maybe within the Alliance. He repeats all the time for a reason. It's so that newbies and normies can catch up. He never acknowledges that Buy-den is a clone or an actor even though it's extremely obvious. If he did he would put off those who can't handle that level of truth ... yet. And they'd never return to his broadcast. X22 Report seems to be for those who maybe just are waking up and need a basic review to get their head into all that's going on. I do not think he "makes shit up".
