It's at what point that we realize her inability to speak to capture the audience is maybe precisely what's the aim is? Only the autistic ones will listen for the entirety. Everyone else will grow tired of the deflection, lies, and stammering to focus in on substance.
Thinktanks and billions of dark money undoubtedly go into things like this.

I didn’t need to know this order to define her as a dim-witted incompetent.
