What was suppose Trump to do exactly? Order VP Pence to not accept the Electoral College from these States? Do you know how that turned out? Did you want him to call out the military? What did Milley state about that? What about AG Bill Barr and what he said? Do you know whether Trump ordered him to act? What if Barr disobeyed? According to Navarro, Barr was DS and did slow-walk everything Trump wanted him to do. Barr had no problem with fast-tracking Xidens' EOs though. Where is Barr now? Why, he's part of Xiden's administration.
What you don't seem to grasp is how deep and wide the corruption actually is. The DS was hidden layer upon layer in the State Department and in the DoD.

Again, you are seriously underestimating Washington politics and the dynamics there. It runs very deep and its incredibly corrupt. If you recall, Sessions disavowed himself from the Russia Collusion interference in the 2016 election. In doing so, he provided Rod Rosenstein to oversee this investigation. Shortly afterwards, Rosenstein appointed Mueller to be Special Counsel. As soon as that happened, Trump could not fire Sessions as that would provide 'evidence' that Trump was interfering in the Mueller investigation.
If you have someone who patently deceives you what do you do? There's no doubt Bill Barr has turned out to be a 'well-liked' DS deceiver. If there's any blame, I'd blame that idiot son-in-law of his, Jarad Kushner. He was the one who pushed to get Bill Barr in that seat. In fact, Jarad Kushner has probably done more damage to Trump's administration than anyone else. General McMaster was another one of Kushner's brain child ideas. Also, you have to select someone who is going to pass the Senate Judiciary committee. Barr passed by a narrow margin of 12-10. Richard Burr and Rubio and other DS snakes are all on that committee. No real outsiders are allowed to have any seat in Washington DC.
I know you are going to want to bring up the declass. Why didn't Trump declassify and release the information? Well, he wasn't able to do it as long as he was under investigation. Information that is part of an investigation cannot be released to the public. When Trump was able to declassify information, Bill Barr slow walked releasing it. Then he secretly made Durham Special Counselor to investigate the Russia Collusion case. Again, trump couldn't release the information because it was again being used for the investigation. Nifty, hah?
His Tweets were the only way, other than his rallies, to reach the American people. The MSM was 95% (Stanford Study) running negative stories on Trump. When you are being censored, one has to use other means to reach the base.

What gets me is your criticism of a position you have no idea what it entails. Senator Schumer stated it accurately -- "Let me tell you something .... the intelligence community — they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you”. Your statement above is almost an under statement. The DS is incredibly deep and powerful. You should understand the Senior Executive Service (SES) to get a better understanding of its power.
