My company is doing the same thing for managers and executives in the guise of “Inclusion and Diversity Training”. Of course leading the way are two professors from Yale.
Funny thing is nothing will change because our executives aren’t fucking stupid. They know hiring niggers results in absolutely no profit or value whatsoever. This is why companies are leaving California.
Patriot, this is not diversity, this is reverse discrimination creating a hostile work environment. How can they have dioversity when they are killing diversity ? They obviously have no clue to the definition of the word diversity.
