Yes it is. In fact one of Q's drops mentioned these fact checking sites as a way to make bullshit spewed on TV seem legit. I wondered why a liberal friend of mine knew of "fact checking" before me. He mentioned snpes and my BS antenna went up instantly. 20 years ago!
