I thought they were meeting to determine whether to place these cases on their docket to be heard at some future date, not to actually "hear" the case? The cases are filed and paperwork has been reviewed by each side's attorneys. I don't think there is anything left to be done until the SCOTUS "hears" the case, assuming they decide to hear it, so not sure what is going on.

And suddenly the SC takes things dark? Sounds like it's already lined up

You are correct. I wasn't quite sure how to word the query right.

Roberts said on recordings that there is no way in HELL he will allow President Trump to be re-elected.

Roberts is still there, unless he was flipped since we last heard him screaming that people would riot if the election were reversed in favor of President Trump via the Texas lawsuit. Which proves he knows how said lawsuit would be ruled, which means he knows the election was rigged. Roberts is not a good person.

I wouldn't expect much, though if the white hats have Epstein in custody and the Chinese hard drives, then they should also have full control of Roberts.

“The Justices met in a closed and sealed room, as is standard,” Turner’s website said, citing the alleged Supreme Court whistleblower.

“Usually it is very calm, however today we could hear screaming all the way down the hall. They met in person, because they didn’t trust telephonic meeting as secure. Chief Justice Roberts was screaming, ‘Are you going to be responsible for the rioting if we hear this case?’”

Some will riot when President Trump is inaugurated, but there will be war if he isn't. It is inevitable. The usurpers will continue to attack those who haven't surrendered untill battle breaks out.

That all depends if they weren't siffed after the election. Biden is in so they should get all the money they were promised.

Thanks, patriot. Quite helpful to me.

Damn good question. Depends on how the case is presented and if they will truly listen to the evidence.

2-21-2021, Interesting numbers there.

Sorry to say but they will probably throw it out like they did before. Remember Roberts saying he won't have Trump re-elected. Or they will schedule it way far into the future to be of any use. The military is the only way. Or we the people.

How do you introduce evidence legally?

[–] 2 pts

You have a witness authentic the evidence with personal knowledge of the item in question (this is called foundation) and then you have to explain why this evidence is relevant to the proceeding. In certain situations you also have to show that the relevancy is greater than any potential prejudice created by entering the evidence. The parties can waive all of t his by agreeing to admit the evidence without objection.

Great question. Or how does one introduce legal evidence?

In a real court or a kangaroo court?
