Both wind turbines and coal power plants can operate in sub zero temperatures with proper regular maintenance and weather protection. Texas incompetent leadership did not weather proof our power systems and now they are trying to play it off left vs right.

Question, please. Do you think higher humidity could account for the reason the turbines froze in Texas...yet, they do not freeze in northern states. Or is it only because they were not sprayed with chemicals to prevent freezing?
