Yes during an Impeachment the Floor of the House of Senate, becomes the Court Room .

" Incite to " is a greater crime , he was found innocent of that crime.

My point > He was Charged with a crime. He was tried for that crime. He was found ... Not Guilty

It was not really a court because they lied and tampered with evidence and nothing happened.

No need to be sorry for me. The Constitution says a person convicted on impeachment is still subject to indictment and punishment for a reason. That reason is that impeachment and removal from office is political not criminal.
