I tested this on Feb 4th 2021 at Logan's on Hi way 157 and I 65 exit and your right. I refused to mask up for a 3 foot walk behind the hostess area. After a few minutes the manager asked me to leave and I said why? He said your refusing the mask. I said "I might change my mind within the next hour so I am staying until I decide" ... NOPE he called the cops. Cops said "color of law" does not work here BECAUSE the state medical officer is backing the Governor. Nice cop "he said he was at this same location 4 times in one week" He did say 2 things 1) trespassing warrants are real.. 2) Go spend your money where the appreciate your money.

Thanks for sharing. WHat difference does it matter who is backing the governor. The fact remains they are both violating your constitutional rights.

I think the trespassing thing is real if that's where the business owner wants to go with this but I doubt they would. Time and money in court.

The real answer was the cops last bit. Go spend your money where it is appreciated and stop making come on these calls.

Yeah I agree about the backing as well. I do know the county coroner is the top law official in my county and he can shut things down>> if he has proof of an infection or rampant "bug". No one has any proof they are just moving sheep from one field to another.

When I was researching it, there was some supreme court precedent on the subject do to public safety or some such nonsense. That was all done months ago though and I didn't bother to save links.

You need to look at court precedent, because all too often some judge has made a law from the bench that contradicts the letter of the law.
