Because it looks like it could be her actual daughter, therefore she would be a mother. Obviously, giving birth to a child doesn't necessarily make you a good maternal person, but it's more likely than the opposite. idk Also a lot of these female world leaders had no children like Merkel, and the UKs May...lol
