Most of the power made in Texas goes to Florida Light on the east coast. Every unit built, assembled and put online CAN NOT duty cycle enough to ever pay for itself. Royalties up to $4k per unit is paid to landowners that now grow hybrid cotton crops. Wheres the cotton go? China, straight to the port in Houston and across the pond. Sold Out,Sold Off F U C K E D!
Do you have a source for this claim? Texas is on a completely separate grid from Florida and does not sell power outside of its own grid.
Not anymore. I know someone, personally, that is involved with running new transmission lines across the state lines into Louisiana.
Actually all the counties in Texas that border Louisiana are part of the Eastern Interconnection, not the Texas Interconnection. Here's the map:

They are working both ends to the middle down Interstate 20. If they cant raise turbines they are building solar farms. Huge plots(100+ acres) of panels can be easily seen in travel

I really should have first asked where in Texas? Some counties are actually not part of the Texas grid, so you could be right. I was oversimplifying.
