i believe they knew .. just before the big cancer outbreak we are facing , big pharma built many " cancer" treatment centers

Brother they hid the reports, Robert Kennedy Jr had them admit they did not studies on the safety of vaccines in Court. Go ask india how well the vaccines worked.
