No need to point the finger to China, everybody is doing it. We can change DNA to heal hereditary disease by using crispered viruses for a decade now. Enhancing genes and getting rid of aging is just a small step away. Then, there will be viruses that sterilize selected groups to make the eugenetics dream perfect.
