In this letter the mayor also reminds us how she hated the national guard being there to protect DC during the summer riots. She didn't want DC federal buildings kept safe back then or on Jan 6th. This could be another reason evidence was not desired. Her smearing, negative comments about their help being unwanted this past summer shows her agenda.
