What level of fitness is required to accomplish the mission: to meet with and destroy the enemy??

THAT is the standard that needs to be met.

The enemy aint gonna check your gender when you're out there fighting for your life or doing what needs to be done.

Gonna have to pull your weight, or you disable the whole team.
