How?

UNforgiveness. Its a killer.

Did Jesus forgive YOU?

ALL your sins, not just some of them?

Then you just say out loud, like Jesus did, "Lord, forgive them for they know not what they do."

Then confess your sin of unforgiveness, and ask Jesus to cleanse you of all unrighteousness and restore your PEACE.

Cast your CARES upon the Lord

Then "don't rehearse it, don't nurse it, and Jesus will REVERSE it!"

During this time of great TESTING while Trump and Q are unusually silent, and while we wait for Trump to come back and complete his 2nd term in office, AS GOD HAS PROMISED, try to stay away from all the NEGATIVE REPORTS. They will just depress you. This is important. That is why since Jan 20th, I have tried to only post positive uplifting and hopeful things, unless God has shown me to prepare everyone for a major disappointment, so they can handle it as smoothly as possible.

Plus, since we know this is all theater, meant to horrify what is going on right now (and hopefully awaken those still sound asleep) just don't get sucked into it. SKIP over it. Scan through the posts, and only read the positive ones, and SKIP the rest. I believe this will also help your outlook.

Get off the pc! Get off these gloomy boards where people only report gloomy things!

Then think back, when was the last time you did something your really enjoyed?

Go do something YOU "enjoy"!

If you can't think of anything, just go for a walk with your dog! Enjoy the sunshine! (which is filled with Vitamin D-3 health!) Getting exercise fills your body with endorphins which will elevate your mood automatically.....and you will sleep more soundly at night too!

There is not much going on right now. So you won't "miss" anything important.

Lastly, spend some quality time with the Lord in the scriptures every morning, first thing when you wake up. Just make a cup of coffee and curl up with the Bible and read anywhere. Just feed your soul with the LIVING WORD! (Think of a horse grazing in a meadow. Your soul longs to "graze" in God's word, like a horse that loves to graze in a meadow.) I tell you if you spend even 10 minutes a day doing this, you fill see a real difference in your life!

At first when you start, you might think it is a silly thing to do, or a waste of your time, or a drudgery. But after a while, YOU will learn first hand the MARVELS of spending that first part of your day with the Lord! After a while, before you know it, you will be doing it for a half hour and you won't even notice the time go by! Later on a whole hour will disappear as you spend this quality time with Jesus! As you read pour out your troubles, and look and listen to his answers! Keep a notepad and pen by you. Some days you will feel like you are "just taking dictation". Then years from now, you will look back and wondered how you ever got through life without that quiet time with God first thing in the morning!
