True, but they don't fuck around in Wisconsin, they turn mole hills into mountains. I saw one dude spent 3 days in jail for not paying a fix it ticket, which is like, get pulled over for a headlight out and if you go to the cop shop within the next 30 days and show them it is fixed they drop the fine. This dude didn't and could not pay the fine so he did 3 days jail for a headlight. Another friend of a friend , this just happened, his brother got mind raging drunk, someone called the police cops came to the door and he shot himself in the head rather being arrested.
The guy's brother who was not involved or even there at the time, but they were roommates, gets charged for the death of his brother because he was a felon and there were guns in the house. He will never get out of prison for the rest of his life.
Kyle better get good lawyers because they ruinate people here and lock them up for not paying child support, I mean lock them up for years. Kyle better have some good lawyers.

They don't fuck around, there is a lot of Militarized shit here, a lot of missile silos that look like grain towers, Raytheon close enough, it is the most Militarized police force I have come across anywhere, and I have gotten into trouble in many states,but you do not want to cross any lines in Wisconsin, not unless you like large groups of very bad men in orange pajamas, wearing flip flops and enjoy eating terrible food.
If you like that sort of thing , summer camp is great, it goes on all four seasons year after year
