Take a Vitamin C pill every hour until you start to fart a bit, then slow down. In years past, I have taken as much as 20,000mg of Vit C at bedtime to knock out a cold, even though i knew there would be some loose shits the next morning, I didn't care. Still, easing into the dosage and checking bowel tolerance is probably best for most people.

I've downed a ton of liposomal vit C. Seems to be helping. Got a pot of colloidal silver brewing. I figure the electrical storm from the silver would knock out any nanobots.
C has a half life of either 2 or 4 hrs. Best to take multiple doses throughout the day. Personally, I'd stay within bowel tolerance to avoid stressing my body. Whether there are nanobots seems.very speculative. Silver should be good. Did see a guy who had silvered his skin and it was not flattering.
