For those interested, here's the gist:

was created by the previous owner of /v/greatawakening, and so it wasn't mine according to their rules here. I tried to acquire the sub, but apparently there are more stipulations for acquired subs than ones you make on your own. No amount of discussion changed that.

Communication was held in private to keep this from becoming a drama-fest, but it was unclear and I was left wondering if they'd remove me as mod from /Qstorm. Finally we have confirmation of what needs to happen.

As I have stated before, You are welcome to create your own sub in which you will be free to do as you please. You however will not be free from criticism outside that sub. If you want to ban every single user who criticizes you, you are free to do that. Too a point. You already made a sub and I have no plans to intervene at any point in any of the goings on of that sub.

Too a point means if I see CP. The poster is done. period no questions asked no debate. If the sub becomes a haven for things that are against the ToS that would force me to step in. IE cp or, underage users(you must be 13 or older to have a poal account) or specific threats of violence or anything else against the ToS I will have to step in. I am trying to be as absolutely crystal clear as I can right now because I'll not have this situation repeating itself due to ToS violations. I have to keep poal online. GAB is a little less responsive and growing a lot still. It's also an entirely new website and we've just gotten cozy-ish here.

I feel comfortable here but am willing to go wherever truth is being shared. That is ultimately the goal...I watch no other news and listen to only a select few content creators. I abhor the shills, who are a devious, hateful bunch, but I think you get that anywhere. It means we are a threat to them. I think there is a level of intellectual stimulation that we got used to on voat and while everyone didn't migrate here...enough did that there continues to be some sense of shared community centering around shared beliefs and goals. Thanks again for working hard at trying to keep this ragtag band of Patriots together.

I am barely getting used to poal. I like the format. I like that some familiar names brought their credibility. I think we will lose a lot if we migrate somewhere else too soon. I would rather have a home base and learn gab slowly while it works out the bugs.

I know, I don't get it. The whole point of them complaining about "muh free speech" is because Crensch keeps our house clean from this kind of stuff. So...what's he talking about?

I have no idea.. All I know is Crensch does a good job as far as keeping it all cleaned up. Like I said.. Never seen anything posted on this sub that was out of the way or straight up deviant.

Most of us have been here and active about 50 days or less. Uptime, by comparison to VOAT's final year has been great. The most obnoxious shills have been removed or left QStorm. We are still gaining new members daily. I haven't seen any porn on this subverse. Lots of positives here. Moving to a different POAL subverse is an easy move and I anticipate will be just as comfy.
