You know one thing that Bill Cooper stated over and over was that it isn't the Joos. I really never heard a satisfactory explanation for that except that he felt they were being manipulated by the illuminati hierarchy at the very top of the pyramid. I just found that interesting and personally wondered how he could have missed that truth.

Not everyone gets to the final underlying truth due to all the covers that have been set up, or the fact that they're not investigating enough in certain directions. Some are also afraid to go that far publicly. I think Cooper was aware of the secret society elements but not the deeper controlling parties of those.
