My read is that the Court took this case to lay the law down on Commie over reach of the Second Amendment. The action by the police in this case is way off the charts. Let's hope the Court uses the case for that purpose. The bastards will never stop trying to get to the guns. A fail-safe on the 2nd Amend are our sheriffs who we directly elect to office to enforce our Constitution.
