Regardless of how the judges decide in the cases, the fact that legal challenges were made, and evidence presented, is the point. So it is there for the history books.

Everyone should realize by now that our:

The Judicial arm of our gov't is compromised, broken and no longer effective, and

The Legislative arm of our gov't is compromised, broken and no longer effective, and

thus all that remained was the Executive arm of the gov't (Trump) which is not compromised, not broken and is very effectively walking through all the necessary steps to prove the first two arms of our gov't are irretrievably broken.

Now we are waiting for the cases to be walked through the legal system, where Trump is actually quietly winning quite a few.

I believe Trump Team are being very careful about how posterity will view this time.......especially since SCOTUS has so clearly let us down. They want to make sure it does not look like a banana republic coup d'etat, but rather a restoration of our Republic taken from the hands of communist infiltrators bent upon destroying and stealing our Republic from within. (Enemies from within.) For that you have to have Evidence for your case that stands up in a court of law.....not just something one on Trump's whim.

Trump Team don't want these cases against the criminal elite to look like banana republic political vengeance against political opponents either. Every i will be dotted and every t crossed, legally, so that for the history books, anyone can read the cases themselves, long after we are all gone, and see the egregious crimes these people committed against the American People and against humanity. Trump Team know that scholars, judges and attorneys will be pouring over all these cases for decades, and centuries after we are gone, and they want to make sure they come away agreeing that the moves that Trump Team are taking now, and in the near future were not only appropriate, but were absolutely necessary as there was no other possibly way forward with such a broken and totally compromised gov't structure, failing in ALL of its checks and balances.
