If the federal govt is doing this, and states have to respond by nullifying federal govt, doesnt this mean the state has essentially seceded from the federal govt? This sounds more like a silent secession
I think were going to see "red" states start a 10th amendment soft secession. About 80% of the laws and regulations coming out of DC over the past 30 years are for things the Federal government shouldn't be involved in in the first place. States should have been pushing back on this from the start.
It's going to be interesting to see how DC reacts.
I think most of these states have had enough of the fed bullshit once that big multi state suit was dismisses without hearing by the SCOTUS. It's only a matter of time before an official articles of confederation is drafted up.
