Why don't they just leave it alone and stop trying to get inside the heads of their users? So far the only advantage has been to them to analyze us and sell or use that information for their own purposes, while we get more disadvantages in what we can view because they manipulate searches to what they want us to see or not see.
The internet was far better when their fancy algorithms didn't exist. All we need is a good search engine to find what we want and free speech platforms to discuss what we want. All that other stuff is garbage.

Agree - get rid of the algos.
It should also be made illegal to have bots on any site that we have to prove we're "real." If they want "real" people, it should only be real people.
