Yes, there is a door there to the secretaries offices, you can see it more clearly in these photos. In the above photo, the door is apparently ajar.

The hinge side of the door does not leave a gap like that. And there is a wall trim discontinuity. Right wall trim is higher. Actual office at the link. They are on the right side of the fireplace. This is one of the intentional Anon crumbs.
