One has to wonder what is driving the Democrats to hold the impeachment trial . Common sense says it is a loser for the Democrats; Polls say it is a loser for the Democrats; Even the Democrats say the impeachment will fail. The optics of this fraud of an impeachment are terrible for the Democrats. But like lemmings to the sea, the Democrats march ahead with the impeachment next week - 8 February. Why? What or who is driving them to this debacle? Some say it is the Democrats utter hatred of the man, Donald J. Trump. Others say it is their fear of DJT. Still others say he is an outsider upsetting the Elites' apple cart and over turning their money changing tables. But still that does not seem to adequately explain what appears to be either a death wish or suicide mission for the Democrat party -- just when they seem have won it all - the Presidency and both houses of Congress. Remember how gloomy all the inauguration participants appeared - more like a funeral than a triumphant celebration. Could it be as Q says "We have it all."? And all have been secretly arrested. Remember all those sealed indictments. And Durham Special Counsel. The untimely passing of No Name and Bush the Elder may have been a message to those who are/were reluctant to cooperate. (Is that what was in those envelopes - the message - 'you could be next'?) Could it be the impeachment trial is the price of these players had to pay to delay the infliction of the penalty for treason? The Impeachment Trial is not about impeaching President Trump, but about the Congress impeaching itself in full view of the American public?
