This is entitled "Part 2" but it's the same interview that someone dropped yesterday. But, I thought the same myself that this kinda didn't sound like Clapper. I mean it did and it didn't. Listened to it again and I believe it is Clapper although I mentioned yesterday that his cadence of speech is much faster than what we have seen and heard from him in the past. But you can tell he is as nervous as a whore in church and this would explain his faster than normal speech pattern.
