Nope. Not a door. Either no knob or on wrong side from crack. Other items don't match as well.

Could be flipped horizontally. There is a doorknob. Not sure what you mean by, "other items don't match as well." I'm not saying it is or it isn't. I'm saying the evidence is inconclusive either way.
