I agree with you in theory, but we're living under all the other laws that were passed in that sovereign nation - unless you're operating under the belief that we are no longer part of the corporation.
Ridiculous bills like this, though, are good because there are a ton of southern Dems who love their guns and won't look too kindly on any of this anti-2A stuff - It will on;y make our position stronger.
Patriot they had no Constitutional authority on the 1870 Corporations act and the Act of 1871. meaning they have no legal standing, they need us to believe they do, and they by the laws of the Constitutional Republic are not allowed to Govern us from a Foreign nation, which DC is. as they are a Sovereign Nation. and in violation of the laws of the Constitutional Republic.
I agree - and I also agree that's why DCs walled off at present, but the problem is exactly what you say
they need us to believe they do
and they've been very successful with that down to the local level.
