And to add to that. When Trump flew into Allentown PA he flew on the smaller plane. And of course any plane that carries the President changes its call sign to AF1.
Biden could have flown home in a Cessna 152 and it would have the call sign of Air Force One. Plus, it's a 40 minute flight from DC TO DE, not worth busting out the the big bird.

AF 1 is a call sign used by a Presidential Fleet aircraft only when the President is on board. Did that B757 use the call sign Air Force One flying the Alzheimers Patient to Delaware?
