I am late to this discussion but see that many are suggesting that the plane that Biden is on is only a civilian plane with an expensive paint job instead of a military plane. As many have already pointed out, it does not matter what plane the president is on, that aircraft is automatically designated Air Force 1. Just my two cents here, but if Biden is flying a civilian plane, that means that this aircraft would have NO access to any Military AFB. Has anyone looked into that? From where did Biden fly from, was it Andrews or a civilian airport? If its a Military base then it would confirm that the Military is acknowledging Biden as Commander-in-Chief, if he is flying from a civilian airport that changes everything. I am sure that someone here can find that information quite quickly. Thanks to everyone for the great thread.
