We used to get NBC and CBS from one city, and ABC from a further away city and always looked like the middle of a snow storm.

We often got pretty decent reception for most channels at my folks house. But then when dad made that ON TV descrambler and special antenna, WHOAH, that was COOL! I don't think anyone remembers ON TV or SelecTV either for that matter. Those were "scrambled" channels you could buy a descrambler for and watch cool shit without commercials. And cool shows / movies with titties at night the likes of which you'd never see on dumb regular TV back then! Man, the early 80s were COOL. I think that was then, idunno, maybe it was the late 70s. Those years all look the same, especially in retrospect, especially how SO MUCH BETTER they were than now!
