yes....it appears to be. Sounds just like him. The first time I heard it I knew the voice but couldn't place it.

If this is the same thing Lin Wood released a few days ago, why didn't he say it was Clapper?

Or why didn't somebody say it / identify it as him?

If it's him this is crazy.
