I agree with you. I DO believe there are a lot of "good" people within the government. However, any "honest" employee quickly learns that "bringing attention to problems" is likely to cause problems to themselves. So, what he says about people being "caught in a bad system" is true. However, if we're going to change this, we must be willing to stand against corruption no matter what the consequences.
