Yeah, it has a bit of a celebratory tone. They are trying to condition us into thinking that this is how elections should be run--what I notice here is the not so subtle shift of electoral power from the people to the corporate entities and their overlords. These are the kinds of pieces that get you to stop questioning and just to accept. Very dangerous stuff. Of course, Time is infamous for this and has been pushing CIA propaganda from their inception.
